Apply to Become a DVVC Member Organization (scroll down for the application form)

Organizations should identify one person to serve as the primary representative; that person should complete and submit this form. Other representatives can be added after membership approval. 

Your application for membership will be reviewed and you will hear from us shortly. For your reference, your organization will be approved
as a member organization, supporter organization, or attendee. If you are applying as an individual not associated with an organization, you may only be approved as an attendee.

Membership Levels

Attendee

Any organization or individual that has or wishes to have a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families that does not fall into (or does not desire to be a part of) the Member or Supporter category. Attendees do not have voting rights.

A for-profit or other organization that, proactively or reactively, demonstrates a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families. Supporters do not have voting rights.

A 501(c)(3) or other nonprofit and/or government entity that demonstrates a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families. Members have voting rights.

Representative Information

By completing this application, I understand that my organization’s name, address, contact information, general and specific missions, status and program information will be posted on DVVC’s website and provided to government and community partners as requested.
As a member organization in good standing, we agree to abide by the DVVC Bylaws (located in the About section).
